Meet Charlotte
I believe great learning sparks real action and lasting change.
As an instructional designer, I blend creativity, strategic thinking, and a focus on real-world outcomes to design experiences that don’t just inform — they transform.
Before moving into instructional design, I spent years in K–8 education, then shifted to designing and leading professional development and trainings for educators and youth workers. From classrooms to nonprofit training rooms across Boston, I’ve created learning experiences that build skills, drive action, and make an impact. Today, I bring that same hands-on, experiential approach to organizational learning and instructional design.
I specialize in solving real challenges — sometimes with engaging, scenario-based learning, and sometimes with a shift in policy, impactful job aids, or workflow. Skilled in Articulate Storyline and grounded in adult learning theory, I design experiences that resonate with learners and deliver meaningful results.
Outside of learning design, I’m also a visual artist — bringing a creative eye and a love of storytelling to everything I build.
